Commercial Appliance Parts & Service in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a qualified Commercial Service Technician (HOT SIDE) to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations in the Fort Myers area. Responsibilities include installing and repairing equipment, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining the service vehicle with parts.

Candidates should have 3+ years in cooking equipment repair, strong electrical/electronic/mechanical

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in cooking equipment repair or related military fields.
• Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills.
• Excellent customer communication skills.
• Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Driving record must align with safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial cooking equipment and ware washing equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call.
• Complete service calls promptly.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules.
• Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts.
