Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, is recruiting a Commercial Contracts Manager in Secaucus, NJ to lead contract administration and governance across Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations. The role emphasizes operational rigor, process discipline, and visibility into obligations and milestones.

You will drive compliance, support audits, and implement CLM and automation tools to streamline contracting, intake, NDA management, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, commercial operations, deal desk, sales operations, procurement operations, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracting processes and approval workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with document-management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve commercial contracting workflows and documentation processes.
  • Coordinate approvals, contract routing, execution, storage, and recordkeeping activities.
  • Track contractual obligations, commitments, dependencies, action items, and key milestones.
  • Support customer audits, internal reviews, and compliance-related activities.
  • Develop reporting, metrics, dashboards, and management summaries.
  • Prepare negotiation status reports, approval packages, and executive-ready summaries.
  • Support contract intake, NDA management, and related legal operations activities.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Business Planning, and Operations to drive process discipline and visibility.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and improve contracting and documentation practices.
  • Help evaluate and leverage legal technology, workflow tools, AI-enabled productivity solutions, and contract lifecycle management platforms.

The typical base salary for this position is expected to be between $118,000 and $140,000 annually. If hired, the final base salary will be determined on an individual basis taking into consideration experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.Base salary is just one component of ZT Systems total rewards philosophy.
