Job summary

Tegrity Contractors is seeking an experienced on-site Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead Midland, TX projects from ground to finish. You will supervise daily field operations, manage subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial construction with ground-up experience, strong leadership and scheduling skills, and familiarity with government projects. OSHA knowledge (OSHA 30 preferred) is a plus.
