Kelley Construction in Lexington, KY is seeking an on-site Superintendent to lead building activities for commercial projects, including restaurants, medical facilities and office renovations.
You will supervise field operations, coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality. Proficiency with project software and a valid driver’s license are required.
Kelley Construction is a multi-faceted commercial and industrial general contractor licensed to perform work in many states across the United States. We offer a wealth of technical expertise in all areas of commercial construction including: restaurants, medical facilities, warehousing, fast food chains, large design-build expansions and general office renovation. We also have broad experience in industrial construction, from liquid storage and containment and petroleum related construction to pre-engineered metal buildings and concrete construction.
The successful candidate will become an integral member of the Kelley Construction team supervising on-site building activities. Kelley Construction’s market to include but not limited to restaurant new construction, renovations and additions, medical facilities, warehousing, office buildings and large design-build expansions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 90 lbs. Must be able to climb and work from heights. Individual must be able to work in inclement weather conditions. Will be required to work around wood dust and fumes.
