Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experienced as a General Contractor on large commercial construction projects.
• Prefer experience with Tenant Improvements (TI) or Justice Construction.

• Manage preconstruction, estimating, subcontractors, submittals, and budgets.
