Job summary

BCC General Contractor in Central Texas seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from planning through completion. You will serve as liaison between owners, architects, and field teams, owning timelines, budgets, and quality.

Hybrid work option after 90 days, with strong focus on safety, codes, and procurement processes. Candidates should have 3+ years of PM experience in commercial construction and a bachelor's in CM or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the commercial sector.
• Deep knowledge of commercial construction practices, building codes, and safety procedures.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, material procurement, and field personnel.
• Secure permits and approvals before site construction.
• Provide regular project status updates and financial reports.
