Job summary

Allstate Exteriors is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead exterior projects involving roofing, siding, and gutters for multifamily builds. You will manage turnover through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining schedules, reviewing drawings, and leading meetings.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of commercial construction project management experience required.
• Commercial roofing, siding, exterior envelope, or multifamily experience preferred.
• Ability to read plans and specifications.
• Experience managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong scheduling, communication, and financial management skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; construction software experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
