• Familiarity with construction processes, codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee large-scale construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets and resources for project success.
• Lead project teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, codes and standards.
• Manage project documentation and change orders.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to project manager.
