Job summary

Ethan Conrad Properties, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the construction phase of commercial projects in Sacramento. You will report to the Senior Project Manager and Director of Construction, guiding cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and specifications.

Responsibilities include cost analysis, budgeting, risk assessment, and liaising with customers and vendors, while ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (which may include Computer Science, Business, or Engineering).
• 3 years preconstruction phase management experience or 5 years of construction management experience.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or comparable project management certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Procore and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of managers and analysts to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.
• Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
• Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
• Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
• Conducts risk assessments and provides recommendations for mitigation.
• Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
