Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience, with focus on commercial or construction matters.
• Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery.
• Strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage assignments independently and communicate with clients.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial and business disputes through various phases of litigation in state and federal courts.
• Handling construction-related disputes involving contractors, developers, project owners, and related entities.
• Drafting pleadings, motions, written discovery, and other filings.
• Participating in depositions, hearings, mediations, and case strategy.
• Providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance to clients throughout litigation.
• Assisting with disputes involving contracts, development projects, and lending relationships.
• Collaborating with team members while maintaining ownership over assigned matters.
