How You Will Make An Impact

• Analyze complex project drawings and technical specifications to build comprehensive, highly accurate cost estimates.
• Develop detailed material quantity take‑offs, comprehensive labor breakdowns, and exact equipment pricing matrices.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate competitive subcontractor bids to secure full scope coverage at optimal price points.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and engineers to align pre‑construction budgets with structural timelines.
• Track historical cost data and utilize market condition analytics to maximize long‑term estimating efficiency.
• Identify hidden pre‑construction liabilities, municipal permit fees, and utility expenses prior to bid submission.
• Target future business pipelines by establishing direct relationships with developers and owners during early planning phases.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of dedicated estimating experience specifically within the commercial construction sector.
• Proven proficiency in interpreting blueprints, industrial drawings, architectural specifications, and contract documents.
