Eustis Roofing in Central Florida is seeking a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative / Account Manager to lead our commercial sales efforts in the Orlando area. You will be the main contact for business owners, property managers, builders, and commercial clients, guiding them from inspection through to final payment.

The role emphasizes relationship building, accurate quotes, proposals, and proactive communication; requires at least 2+ years in roofing sales and a valid driver's license.

We’re looking for a Commercial Roofing Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead our commercial sales and account management efforts—serving as the primary point of contact for business owners, property managers, builders, and commercial clients. You’ll perform roof inspections, identify solutions, prepare estimates and proposals, and guide clients through every step of the process—from initial inspection to final payment—while upholding the high standards that define Eustis Roofing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial construction/roofing sales.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18 years or older, authorized to work in the U.S., and able to pass a background and drug test.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Basic understanding of roofing systems, installation processes, and insurance claims (or willingness to learn).
• Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and mobile tools for documentation and communication.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset and strong attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs throughout the day.
• Ability to safely set up and climb ladders up to 40 feet.
• Comfortable working at varying heights and in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or holidays when required.

What We Offer

• Base salary of $1,000/week plus commission structure with uncapped earning potential. (On target annual earnings of $130,000-170,000)
