Qualifications

• One year or more of concrete flat work & finishing experience REQUIRED.
• Must have completed or will complete the OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety Course.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Finish all types of concrete using various hand and power tools.
• Inspect finished concrete work.
• Position molds and forms checking for proper construction.

Skills

Read and understand construction drawings

Self-motivated

Experience directing equipment drivers

Ability to operate skid loaders

Flexible and adaptable
