Job summary

Office Pride of Chattanooga-Lake-Hills is hiring for a part-time cleaning professional. You will handle floors, restrooms, and surfaces in professional buildings, with regular hours that include evenings and weekends. Weekly pay, training, and opportunities for advancement accompany a supportive team environment.

We value honesty, reliability and attention to detail. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 35 lbs are required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust surfaces, furniture, and other horizontal/vertical areas.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, sinks, and floors.
• Restock dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and interior glass.
• Respond promptly to customer work orders and work with teammates.
• Follow safety, time/attendance, and uniform policies.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Remove trash and replace liners; report issues to supervisor.

Job Duties

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.
• Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.
• Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.
• Work effectively with other team members.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners.
• Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.
