Job summary

360clean in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Commercial Cleaning Technician for a part-time position with Saturday shifts, traveling between up to four offices. Expect about 1.5–3 hours per office and roughly 8–9 hours on Saturdays, including drive time and a requirement to travel with equipment such as a 4–6 qt backpack vacuum.

You’ll start at $15/hour with potential increases to $16 or $17 within the first month based on performance.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation for travel between offices

Responsibilities

• Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop hard surface floors and carpets
• Dust work surfaces, furniture, and fixtures
• Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, walls)
• Restock restroom supplies (paper products, soap)
• Clean entrance and interior glass surfaces
• Empty trash containers and replace liners
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment
• Follow company procedures (safety, timekeeping, uniform, and lock-up protocols

Position Details

• Shift Start: Saturday - any time/flexible.
• Workload: Approximately 1.5 - 3 hours per office and about 4 offices total. One of the offices can be cleaned on Sunday instead of Saturday, if you choose to.
• Route: About 4 offices
• Area to be Serviced: Midtown-Virginia Highlands Area
• Travel Time: Paid while driving between locations
• Schedule: Saturday (about 8 - 9 hours including drive time)
• Transportation: Reliable vehicle required
• Equipment: Must be willing to travel with a small 4 - 6qt backpack vacuum and cleaning caddie in your vehicle
