• Reliable transportation to travel to various job sites within the assigned region.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building security and safety by securing entrances and turning off lights as required.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain restrooms; replenish supplies.
• Collect, remove, and properly dispose of trash and waste materials.
• Clean floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming; use appropriate methods.
• Notify management of maintenance issues and needed repairs.
• Monitor inventory and request cleaning supplies as needed to ensure operations.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Dust and wipe furniture, walls, equipment, and surfaces.
• Handle recyclable materials per company procedures.
• In medical facilities, safely handle and dispose of biohazardous waste.
