Pinnacle Cleaning Services in Duncansville, PA is seeking experienced or entry-level Commercial Cleaning Specialists for full- or part-time roles. You will travel to client sites, clean and sanitize facilities, manage supplies, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive environments.

Compensation ranges from $11.00 to $14.00 per hour, with paid holidays, dental and vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA, and paid vacation after one year. Supplies are provided and schedules vary within operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned commercial/industrial locations; arrive on time and ready to work.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for client information.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment to clean surfaces and floors.
• Clean and sanitize mirrors, windows, floors, and restrooms.
• Empty trash/recycling bins and replace liners.
• Organize janitorial closets and restock restroom supplies.
• Assist with other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

YOUR ROLE AS OUR FULL- OR PART-TIME COMMERCIAL CLEANING SPECIALIST

• Traveling to assigned commercial or industrial locations and arriving on time, ready to do an excellent job
• Treating work environments respectfully and maintaining confidentiality
• Safely using chemicals and janitorial equipment to clean all surfaces and floors
• Cleaning/sanitizing mirrors, windows, floors, and restrooms
• Emptying trash/recycling bins and replacing liners
• Organizing janitorial closets and restocking restroom supplies
• Assisting with other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor

What You'll Need:

• Ability to maintain confidentiality while working in financial and medical environments containing sensitive information
• Ability to complete required physical tasks, such as walking, standing, bending, and moving for extended periods, as well as occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Punctuality and professionalism
• Reliable transportation for reaching clients' locations on time
• Preferred - Cleaning experience

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:

We value your experience, and we're offering competitive pay of $11.00 - $14.00/hour based on your qualifications.

Full- and part-time positions are available, and you can work varied schedules during our operating hours.
