Commercial Cleaning Role for Professionals Who Take Pride in Their Work

Pay

Pay: Starts at $18/hour + performance‑based raises twice per year. Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Location: Multiple properties across the St. Louis metro area.

What You’ll Do

• Clean common areas in apartment communities (hallways, offices, laundry rooms)
• Deep clean vacant apartments for new residents (turn cleans)
• Follow clear cleaning checklists and company standards
• Work independently and as part of a small team
