ServiceMaster Clean is seeking experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team. We offer flexible hours, and per-job or monthly pay depending on the account. You will support a team that delivers cleaning solutions and top-tier customer service to clients in offices, warehouses, and retail spaces.

Commercial cleaning experience is required. As a subcontractor, you’ll manage your own schedule with night, weekend, or day shifts to fit client needs, and pass any required

Qualifications

Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099).
Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty.
Commercial cleaning experience.
Able to pass background check if required by clients.
Professional attitude - we work with high-profile accounts, so reliability is key!

Responsibilities

Kitchen cleaning with experience, Floor Care experience, Warehouse cleaning, Office cleaning and Post construction cleaning.
Consistent commercial work (offices, warehouses, retail, post-construction)
Flexible hours and schedules - nights, weekends, or day porters
