Job summary

New Country Motor Car Group is seeking a reliable regional cleaning crew member to service our Northeast dealership network (CT & NY). The role involves traveling to multiple locations using company transportation and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

You will work both independently and with a team, perform general cleaning tasks, and uphold a professional, can-do attitude while ensuring safety and efficiency across sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous cleaning standards.
• Able to handle physical workload and lift/move cleaning supplies.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work alone or with a team.
• Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas of a new car dealership.
• Willingness to travel in company provided transportation to all New Country dealerships in NY & CT as needed.
• Use and work with all cleaning supplies and cleaning tools.
• Punctuality and strong work ethic a must.
• Maintain a professional, positive and "can-do" attitude.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Our company is committed to providing our employees and customers world class facilities! In this effort we are looking for a team member to join our regional cleaning crew. Our commercial cleaning crew travels to New Country dealerships in the northeast (CT & NY) to thoroughly clean and sanitize these new car dealerships. The ideal candidate has experience with general maintenance and cleaning, has a strong work ethic, works independently and as part of a team and has an eye for cleanliness! This position requires regional company provided travel. You are not expected to travel independently to these dealerships.
