Job summary

Clean Team Inc. on Evansville's Westside is seeking a dependable Commercial Cleaner to maintain public facilities and common areas during morning shifts. This role offers a steady 25-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

You will work independently to clean restrooms, offices, and entryways, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is at least 18, has a valid driver’s license, can pass a background check, and arrives on time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a standard criminal background check.
• Strong attendance record and commitment to arriving on time (7:00 AM).
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and stretch throughout a 5-hour shift.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred (paid training provided).

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and restock public and employee restrooms
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across offices, entryways, and common areas
• Empty trash cans, replace liners, and transport waste to disposal areas
• Dust high/low surfaces, furniture, window sills, and countertops
• Disinfect high-touch points, door handles, and public fixtures
• Follow proper chemical handling and sanitation procedures
• Monitor cleaning inventory and notify supervisors when supplies are running low
• Report facility maintenance issues or repairs promptly to leadership
• Represent Clean Team Inc. in a professional, courteous manner

Key Responsibilities

As a Commercial Cleaning Technician, you will:
