DirtBusters Janitorial Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner for the evening shift in Charleston, WV. The role is full-time, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with a pay range of $12–$13 per hour and benefits.

You will clean offices, medical facilities, retail locations, and industrial spaces, ensuring sanitation and safety across sites. Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, restocking supplies, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time during evening hours (e.g., 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical condition – must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to successfully pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
• Emptying trash and recycling bins.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms.
• Wiping down and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.

• Locking up and securing buildings as needed.

We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working Commercial Cleaner to join our evening shift team full-time.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing a variety of commercial spaces such as offices, medical facilities, retail locations, and/or industrial properties. Your duties may include:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces
