Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good physical condition – lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize a variety of commercial spaces including offices, medical facilities, retail locations, and industrial properties.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust floors and surfaces.
• Empty and manage trash and recycling bins.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms and break rooms.
• Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels) and report maintenance issues.

Location: Point Pleasant, WV

Schedule: Day and Mid Shift (e.g., 7am-3pm; 2pm-10pm), Monday – Friday

Pay: $15.00-16.00/hour

We're currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hard-working Commercial Cleaner to join our evening shift team full-time.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing a variety of commercial spaces such as offices, medical facilities, retail locations, and/or industrial properties. Your duties may include:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and break rooms
• Wiping down and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
• Restocking supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Locking up and securing buildings as needed

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Ability to successfully pass background check and drug test

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and PPE use
