ANCIENT CITY JANITORIAL LLC is seeking a part-time Commercial Cleaner (Warehouse) to perform daytime cleaning in a Jacksonville, FL warehouse. The role includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitation to maintain a clean, safe environment.

Must be able to work 3.5 hours per day, 5 days a week, with a biweekly payroll cycle and on-time attendance. Ideal candidates have prior janitorial experience, reliability, attention to detail, and good communication.

In search of a commercial cleaner to clean daytime up to 5 days a week. Scheduled days will vary.
Monday - Friday (8am-11:30am shift) 3.5 hours, 5 days a week, average 17.5 hours a week.
Payroll cycle is every two weeks

We are looking for dedicated individuals to help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in our warehouse facilities during daytime hours, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our clients.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures


• Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting


• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in warehouse areas, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.


• Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free from debris and hazards.

Requirements:

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching


• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.


• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.


• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.


• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
