Job summary

N7 Commercial Cleaning is seeking a part-time office cleaner in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Shifts are on Mondays and Thursdays after 5:30 PM, across two locations, totaling about 8 hours per week. Starting pay is $14 per hour.

Candidates must have a reliable vehicle to travel between sites. We provide training and there are opportunities for advancement within the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools and procedures.
• Sweep, mop, dust, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and windows.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Handle keys to the site responsibly.

IMMEDIATE NEED:

Part-time office cleaner needed in Crawfordsville, Indiana on Mondays and Thursdays after 5:30 PM cleaning two separate locations (total of 8 hours a week). Starting pay is $14 an hour.

**Having a reliable car or truck and being able to drive yourself is a must as cleaning is done at two different locations.

Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer’s buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided N7 products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Must be able to be responsible with keys to the site

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
• Must have a working cell phone with cellular service and voicemail.
• Must have a car or truck that can reliably get you to the site as needed.
• Must be able to work Mondays and Thursday after 5:30PM (approximately 4 hours per night/8 hours a week).
