ServiceMaster Clean by Prime in Dallas, TX is seeking Part-Time Commercial Cleaners to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for clients while upholding safety standards.

The position offers 20–30 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts, paid training, opportunities for additional hours and advancement within the company, and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, breakrooms, common areas, windows, and walls.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of trash in designated containers.
• Surface cleaning, safely using appropriate chemical agents to disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assisting with special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet ServiceMaster cleaning standards.
• Communicate professionally with clients and address specific cleaning needs.
• Report any issues or concerns including supply shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Following company and client safety procedures is of the utmost importance.

Part-time Commercial Cleaner

Pay Range $14.50 – 15.00/ hour

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Part-Time Commercial Cleaners to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for clients in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is safety conscious, pays attention to detail, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a professional setting.

Requirements:

• Availability to work part-time 20-30 hours per week.
• Availability of working Evenings/ Weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Hours:

• First Shift: 6pm-12am (MTW) and 8pm-2am (Th)
• Second Shift: 6pm-12am (Th, Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Third Shift: 12am-6am (MTW) and 8pm-2am (Sun)
• Fourth Shift: 12am-6am (Th, Fri, Sat, Sun)

Pay:

• $14.50–$15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
