Job summary

ServiceMaster Residential Co is hiring two part-time janitorial workers for locations near Industrial Drive, MN 56379. Pay is $15.00 per hour. Candidates may apply for one or both positions.

Position 1: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (15 hours/week). Position 2: Mon, Wed, Fri, 6:00 PM–9:30 PM (10.5 hours/week). Together about 25.5 hours weekly. Duties include cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work independently and complete assigned tasks
• Good attention to detail
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties
• Reliable transportation to and from the work locations
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Smartphone required for clocking in and out

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces
• Replenish restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

Part-Time Janitorial Cleaner – Two Positions Available

Location: Near Industrial Drive, MN 56379
Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are hiring for two part-time janitorial positions at locations only about 5 minutes apart. Candidates may apply for one position or both positions.

Position 1

• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
• 15 hours per week
• $15.00/hour

Position 2

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday
• 6:00 PM–9:30 PM
• 10.5 hours per week
• $15.00/hour

Both positions can be combined for approximately 25.5 hours per week.

Personal de Limpieza Janitorial – Tiempo Parcial
