Qualifications

• Experience with commercial cleaning and basic janitorial tasks.
• Able to follow safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
• Willingness to perform non-routine cleaning and small projects.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and sanitize spaces.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces as needed.
• Strip, seal, finish and polish floors as required.
• Follow chemical cleaners guidelines to prevent damage.

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Responsibilities

• A Commercial Cleaner is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, emptying trash and public areas.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming them.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and towels.
• Strip, seal finish and polish floors
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
