Candidates should be reliable, able to lift 50 pounds, and maintain confidentiality while working in sensitive environments. Pay ranges from $11 to $14 per hour based on experience, with full-time employees eligible for benefits after one year.

Pinnacle provides cleaning services for automotive companies, banks, medical and dental facilities, corporate office buildings, schools, apartment turnovers, churches, industrial facilities, salons, and more.

Duties (include but are not limited to)

• Clean windows and mirrors
• Empty trash and recycling and replace
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using liners professional janitorial equipment
• Follow safety regulations
• Clean and disinfect surfaces
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms by the supervisor
• Organize the janitor closet and report inventory to the supervisor

Qualifications

• Previous experience is preferred, but not required
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
• Must be able to keep information confidential, as we work with financial and medical industry clients who handle sensitive data
• Must be prompt and professional
• Must have reliable transportation to reach client locations on time

Compensation

Agreed upon hire, depending on experience, starting between $11 - $14 per hour.

Benefits

No benefits or paid time off for part-time employees. Full-time employees are eligible for paid holidays, dental insurance, vision insurance, SIMPLE IRA & paid vacation after 1 full year of service.

Must have a vehicle and driver's license for this position
