Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to the facility.
• Ability to work effectively without direct supervision.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete checklists within shift hours.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach and lift up to 35 lbs during a 5-hour shift.
• Custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial services across assigned office buildings and commercial spaces.
• Disinfect restrooms, break areas, and frequently touched surfaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and perform spot cleaning as needed.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and dispose of waste in exterior dumpsters.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and sanitation products.
• Adhere to safety standards, chemical handling, and property security procedures.
• Communicate inventory needs and report facility issues to supervisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily janitorial services across assigned office buildings and commercial spaces.

• Disinfect restrooms, break areas, and frequently handled surfaces (door handles, light switches, counters).

• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and address spot cleaning as needed.

• Gather trash, replace garbage liners, and dispose of waste in exterior dumpsters.

• Monitor and replenish sanitation inventory including hand soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.

• Adhere strictly to company safety standards, chemical handling protocols, and property security procedures.

• Communicate inventory needs and report facility damage or maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.

Qualifications & Requirements:
