This role oversees the development, maintenance, and delivery of training programs, resources, and employee development initiatives for the Commercial Claims department. The Commercial Claims Trainer serves as a subject matter expert on commercial claims processes and systems and supports onboarding, continuing education, mentoring, and continuous improvement efforts to promote consistent claims practices and service excellence.**Qualifications*** **Minimum of five years commercial claims adjusting experience,** with demonstrated expertise in commercial auto, general liability, or property claims.
