Job summary

Midwest Drywall Co Inc in Springdale, AR is seeking skilled Commercial Carpenters to install and finish drywall, metal studs, ceilings, and partitions in commercial buildings. You will read blueprints, layout framing, and ensure work meets project specifications with attention to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience as Commercial Drywall Carpenter or similar in commercial construction.
Proficiency with drywall installation and finishing tools.
Ability to lift heavy drywall sheets and work at heights.

Responsibilities

Install drywall, metal studs, ceilings, partitions per project specs.
Perform framing and layout of metal framing and related components.
Finish drywall including taping, mudding, sanding and patching.
Repair damaged surfaces by patching and replacing drywall.
Read blueprints and drawings for accurate installations.
Handle materials and operate tools safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with regulations.
