Job summary

RMV Construction LLC is seeking dependable, motivated Construction Laborers to join our team. We value safety, quality, and long-term career growth as a Commercial General Contractor in Nebraska.

We require experience in carpentry and/or concrete, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a reliable transportation method. OSHA 10/30 is a plus. Competitive pay and PTO, health insurance, and retirement plan eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial carpentry, concrete, or both is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial carpentry and concrete construction.
• Build, set, and strip concrete forms.
• Place, pour, and finish concrete.
• Perform framing, blocking, and general carpentry tasks.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Load, unload, and organize materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Work with Superintendents and Foremen to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
