Aerotek is seeking skilled carpenters for a Fort Myers, FL project. This contract-to-hire role involves performing rough and finish carpentry on commercial builds, reading blueprints, and coordinating with project managers and tradespeople.

You must handle framing, doors, windows, trim, and finishes with attention to quality. Comfort with lifting 50+ pounds, outdoor work in varying weather, and safe operation of tools is required.

Formación

• Experience in commercial carpentry is preferred.
• Able to read construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of carpentry methods, tools, and materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and work outside in varying weather.

Responsabilidades

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on commercial projects.
• Install framing, doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and finishes.
• Read blueprints and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble wood, metal, and composite materials.
• Construct forms, partitions, and other structural components.
• Operate hand and power tools safely.
• Work with project managers and skilled tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized job site.
