Tradesmen International is hiring experienced Commercial Cabinet Installers for projects around Allentown, PA. This first shift role offers a play rate up to $33/hour based on experience. You will join craftsmen focused on safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship to advance your career.

The job involves installing cabinets, mill-work, countertops and casework, reading blueprints, verifying dimensions, and coordinating with peers on-site. A strong focus on quality and safety is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience installing commercial cabinets, mill-work, or architectural casework.
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of commercial construction practices.
• Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, or office buildings preferred.
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or lifts.
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial cabinetry, mill-work, countertops, and casework per plans and specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation layouts.
• Measure and verify field dimensions before installation.
• Assemble and secure cabinets, panels, trim, hardware, and related components.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Ensure installations meet quality standards, codes, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades on-site.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow OSHA and site safety regulations.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Commercial Cabinet Installers for projects located in or around Allentown, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the play rate is up to $33/hour based on experience and skill level.
