Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience maintaining equipment and systems in commercial buildings.
• Ability to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, install, and repair equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and system inspections.
• Complete Preventive and Corrective Maintenance requests.
• Manage Building Management System as directed by Lead Engineer.
