Candidates need a degree or equivalent experience and must have inspection experience with commercial projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience or ten years equivalent experience.
• Experience inspecting commercial architectural, structural, and interior finishes.
• Construction trade experience related to commercial gypsum wall board assemblies, ceilings, insulation, roofing, and miscellaneous metals is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment with good communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections during installation of mechanical/plumbing systems.
• Document construction improvements via digital reports.
• Review mechanical/plumbing construction drawings.
