Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking an experienced boiler and HVAC technician to maintain daily boiler operations and perform routine PM maintenance at client sites in Reno, NV. Qualifications

• Completion of a 4-year apprenticeship or technical schooling.
• 5+ years of commercial air conditioning experience.
• Available for emergency call-outs.
• Able to work with other trades and client staff.
• Rule 1415 certification required.
• EMS experience a plus (Staefa/Siemens).
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily operations of boilers.
• Complete daily checks and maintain operating records.
• Perform PM maintenance and repairs to boilers and related equipment.
• Conduct monthly testing of all safety controls.
• Complete annual tuning and inspections of boilers.
• Monitor chemical feeds for boiler systems.
• Monitor exhaust/stack emissions.
