Responsibilities

• Set and deliver the recruiting strategy aligned to business priorities and growth plans across Commercial Banking
• Own and improve the recruiting operating model, including intake, prioritization, capacity planning, sourcing strategy, and service levels
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters with clear standards for responsiveness, quality, and execution
• Drive consistent, high-quality assessment and selection practices for candidate experience
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to advise on hiring approach, role design, and talent strategy
• Lead regular hiring and market updates with stakeholders, reporting priorities, risks, and progress
• Provide market intelligence to inform sourcing and competitive positioning in constrained markets
• Align recruiting delivery with Finance and cross-functional workforce plans
• Own recruiting reporting and translate data into actionable insights
• Manage escalations and shifting priorities with clear communication and transparency
• Strengthen process discipline across the recruiting lifecycle
