Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Senior Integration Specialist to bridge commercial banking products with client IT ecosystems. You will design, configure, and implement integrations enabling secure data exchange and optimal product performance.

This hybrid role requires 5+ years in a client-facing tech capacity within banking/fintech, plus strong SSO, ERP, and API integration experience. Expect travel to Lancaster, PA and other regional meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience in IT/CS/finance technology or related field.
• 5+ years in a technical client-facing role within commercial banking/treasury management/fintech.
• 3+ years with SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• 3+ years hands-on experience with ERP integrations and financial data formats.
• 3+ years strong background in secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS) and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for client onboarding and implementation of banking product integrations.
• Assess client IT environments (ERP, authentication methods, file transfer) to design integration specs.
• Translate business and technical requirements into integration configurations and plans.
• Configure and test secure file transmissions (BAI2, ISO 20022, NACHA) and API data exchanges.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and security teams to ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, and data mapping issues with client IT teams.
• Provide technical training and documentation for ongoing product use and maintenance.
• Participate in product enhancements based on client integration experiences.
• Support pre-sales engagements with technical feasibility assessments.

Periodic travel to Lancaster, PA and for team/other scheduled meetings to client meetings when required to gather customer requirements for integration.
The Specialist serves as the technical bridge between commercial banking products and clients' enterprise systems. Works directly with corporate and institutional clients to design, configure, and implement integrations that enable seamless use of Fulton's treasury and cash management solutions. This role blends deep technical expertise with client-facing communication skills to become a trusted advisor who understands both the banking product suite and the client's IT ecosystem, ensuring smooth onboarding, secure data exchange, and optimal product performance.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and industry integration standards.
• Represent the bank at client technology workshops, industry events, and user groups.

Education

Specific compensation offered will be determined based on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, depth of work experience, and relevant licenses/credentials. The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $151,600.00 annually.

This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
