Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales associate to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to guide Team Members, and delivering expert automotive system and part knowledge to commercial customers.

Responsibilities include maintaining commercial relationships, driving sales, supervising daily tasks, coordinating with the GM on coaching, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and leadership experience in a team environment.
• Ability to source from multiple channels and manage supplier relations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise daily tasks and coach team members with management.
• Dispatch drivers and maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Collaborate with GM on development needs for team members.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
