Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro in Webster, MA. This full-time sales position focuses on customer retention and growth. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with commercial customers, achieving sales goals, and providing supervisory support to Team Members. Ideal candidates will have strong automotive knowledge, sales experience, and at least 3 years in the automotive parts industry. Compensation ranges from $19.95 to $21.95 per hour and may include sales commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching needs for Team Members.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
