Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a professional-level sales associate in Irving, Texas. This full-time role focuses on customer retention and expansion, requiring strong automotive knowledge, sales skills, and team leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with commercial customers and ensuring timely deliveries. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and experience leading teams.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Provide supervisory support for team members.
• Dispatch drivers for timely delivery.

Skills

Working knowledge of automotive systems

Strong organizational skills

Effective communication in English

ASE P2 certified or equivalent

Ability to multi-task

Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Education

High school diploma or GED
