An automotive parts retailer is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to manage customer relationships and support sales growth. This full-time role requires expertise in automotive systems and part sourcing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in automotive parts. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, supporting team members, and ensuring timely deliveries. Commission-based incentives are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to understand and execute written and oral instructions.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculations.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
