Job summary

BrightPath Engineering in the US is seeking an Architectural Designer to create and develop commercial spaces that meet client needs. You'll conceptualize designs and coordinate with project managers to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will develop drawings, plans, and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit, ensure compliance with building codes, and communicate progress with clients and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of building codes.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their requirements and preferences for the design of commercial spaces.
• Develop detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using appropriate software.
