Job summary

SFV Services is seeking an Architectural Designer with 1-2 years of experience to develop conceptual layouts, technical drawings, and compelling 3D presentations for commercial projects.

The role is in-person with a starting salary of $50,000 plus bonuses, and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, strong CAD/Revit skills, and a solid portfolio demonstrating relevant work. Two professional references are requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of architectural experience with commercial projects
• Proficiency with CAD and Revit
• Familiarity with Enscape for visualization
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and accessibility basics

Responsibilities

• Develop floor plans, elevations, and details using CAD and Revit.
• Produce 3D renderings and presentations.
• Prepare documentation aligned with accessibility standards and basic building codes.
• Assist with permit processing under guidance from senior architects.
• Collaborate with design-build and architecture teams to ensure constructability.
