Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Analyst Development Program Manager to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the Commercial Analyst Development Program.

This role partners with Commercial Bank leaders, HR, Learning & Development, and University Relations to build a scalable early-career talent pipeline that develops job-ready analysts through structured training, rotational experiences, mentorship and career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 5+ years of career program management or commercial banking background.
• Experience building structured development programs aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the Commercial Analyst Development Program.
• Partner with Commercial Bank leaders to align curriculum, rotations and experiences with business needs.
• Manage onboarding, training schedules, rotations, communications, assessments and program operations.
• Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards and business updates.
• Measure and report on program effectiveness, including readiness, engagement, retention and promotion outcomes.
