Working closely with colleagues across pricing, sales, and product marketing, you will develop analytics that deepen our understanding of customer performance and profitability.This is an opportunity to contribute hands-on technical expertise while exploring new analytical approaches, including practical applications of AI. You will also play an important part in enhancing the quality and usability of end-customer data.What You Will DoBusiness Intelligence: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and other analytical solutions that provide clear, actionable commercial insights.Advanced Analytics: Apply statistical techniques, predictive modelling, and machine learning approaches to pricing and commercial business questions.Data Analysis: Work with large and complex datasets using tools such as Python and SQL, transforming fragmented information into reliable analytical outputs.Data Quality: Support the collection, structuring, reconciliation, and analysis of end-customer data, including data-quality, deduplication, and matching activities.Analytics Technology: Use platforms such as Databricks to support data engineering and advanced analytics workloads, while exploring practical applications for AI.Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with pricing, sales, and product marketing colleagues to understand business needs and translate analytical findings into useful insights.Continuous Improvement: Challenge existing analytical approaches and identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, automation, and ways of working.Who You AreYou have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another relevant analytical discipline.You bring at least 2 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, AI, or a related area, with evidence of practical analytical work.You have hands-on experience developing dashboards or analytical products using Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI platform.
