Job summary

Precision Door Service is seeking a Commercial Sales Support Coordinator to join the Commercial Branch. This role serves as the primary contact for inbound commercial inquiries, providing administrative and sales support to speed responses, drive revenue, and ensure a smooth experience from the first call through project completion.

Work with Branch Management, Estimators, Service Technicians, and Operations to maximize productivity and growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, inside sales, dispatch, scheduling, or administrative support.
  • Experience with CRM or scheduling software preferred.
  • Commercial service or home service industry experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming commercial customer calls.
  • Create new service opportunities by gathering accurate customer information and documenting service needs.
  • Schedule service appointments to maximize technician productivity and route efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily schedules with the Commercial Sales Manager and Service Technicians.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional image of Precision Door.
  • Respond promptly to customer questions regarding scheduling, job status, and service expectations.
  • Assist Estimators by preparing and building customer estimates.
  • Follow up on open and unsold estimates to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and customer meetings as needed.
  • Support the administration of Commercial Service Agreements, including renewals and customer communication.
  • Assist with outbound prospecting campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer information within company software systems.
  • Assist in managing Work-In-Progress (WIP) by helping move projects efficiently through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.
  • Assist with reporting and branch KPI tracking.
  • Support weekly sales pipeline and Work-In-Progress reviews.
  • Assist with scheduling optimization and workload balancing.
  • Perform additional sales support and administrative responsibilities as assigned.

The Commercial Sales Support Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day sales and customer service operations of the Commercial Branch. This position serves as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries while providing administrative and sales support that improves customer responsiveness, accelerates revenue generation, and ensures a seamless customer experience from the initial phone call through project completion.

The Commercial Sales Support Coordinator works closely with Branch Management, Estimators, Service Technicians, and Operations to maximize technician productivity, support revenue growth, improve customer communication, and help achieve the branch's sales and profitability goals.

Responsibilities
Customer Service & Dispatch Support

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $20 – $25 per hour.
