Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager in New York to deliver responsive service to clients, manage day-to-day account servicing, and support renewal and remarketing efforts.

You will rate and quote policies, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with Producers, carrier partners, and internal teams to enhance client retention and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active New York Property & Casualty license required.
• 1-3 years of commercial insurance customer service or account management experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to clients, Producers, carrier representatives, and internal team members; provide accurate, timely, and professional support.
• Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial insurance accounts, including policy changes, account maintenance, and client requests.
• Rate and quote commercial insurance policies using carrier platforms and agency systems to support new and renewal business.
• Coordinate renewal submissions and assist with remarketing to secure competitive coverage solutions.
• Prepare proposals and supporting documentation for Producers and Sales Executives to drive retention and growth.
• Maintain thorough account documentation and ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Collaborate across the organization to support workflow management and client retention initiatives.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients, carriers, peers, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Valuable Additions:

• 1-3 years of commercial insurance customer service, account management, or insurance sales experience.
• Active New York Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Experience working with commercial insurance products, coverages, renewals, and carrier rating platforms.
